Twin hope linger by the mausoleum like shadow lingering darkness and misery in hug with fatelessness Apollo’s epilogue, a commemoration to her memories, Continue to negotiate with her silence, kindling, the last progressing dawns elegy, Among the foggy dense-a penance forever and an unforgiving past, As the future has died in Hiroshima, where Sayonara was born. {SAYONARA SAYONARA} And now I am infected with the germs of mistrust, And a poacher who also acts like a stickler. And they are divine deities to be adored, And now the white wood is stained with drops of burgundy. And now the question lies, ‘Can the leopard change his spots?’ And now in exile, Unspotted from the world. I must think, “How to bury the hatchet”, And how to repair the walls? Or else…….. How to avoid the calls? {And Exile..}

About the Author
Anish Kanjilal is like one of us. He weeps in anger, laughs in pain and goes to work everyday. He teaches English and likes to read. But, there is one thing he cannot do like us - he cannot compromise with the world around him - so he composes poetry.
