About the Author

Sripati (Vedantam Sripatisarma) is a writer in Telugu, Hindi, and English. He has penned several short stories, novels, and plays. He is a columnist in Telugu. His short stories in English had been broadcast by the AIR Hyderabad. His short stories in Telugu have been published in Telugu magazines like “Andhra Prabha,” “Swati,” “Andhra Bhoomi,” and “Navya.” His novels in Telugu have been published in “Andhra Bhoomi” and “Chitra.” He has written a column in the Telugu monthly magazine “Chitra” based on politics and economics. His plays in Hindi and Telugu have received awards in South Central Railway cultural events. He is currently writing for a weekly satirical column, “Kaburlu,” in “Andhra Prabha” (web edition). Telugu readers are also familiar with his single-page stories published in the local daily “Vaarta.” Sripati is also a well-known astrologer and has written a book on medical astrology, “Arogyabhagyachakram.” Some of his short stories are also available in the form of compilations.
