Dr. Sonal Chawla is an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Applications, Panjab University, Chandigarh . INDIA. She has over 16 years of teaching and research experience . She has been conferred Career Award for Young Teachers by All India Council For Technical Education. She has nearly 50 Research Publications in National and International refereed Journals of repute. She has been Session Chair for many National and International Conferences. She has immensely contributed in the area of Operating Systems which has encouraged her to write this book for the benefit of both Student as well as Academic community.
