About the Book

This is a journey of a teacher, where he comes across problems, solutions, emotions, and aspirations in the classroom from parents and children. This book is an effort to help out all these newcomers in the teaching and parenting field. I have addressed the topics that are of prior concern of a teacher and parents in the day-to-day routine. I have shared not only experiences but the observations of different attitudes of society, government, machinery and entrepreneurs of the field. A huge number of people from my state, Gujarat, who have settled in the USA, UK, Australia, and many other countries, are in need and search of such books, which can guide them to help the new generation. The book talks about infants and children of different age group.It talks about the adolescence period and their emotions. The book is oriented mostly around Indian parents. About the Author

Mr. Jaydevsinh Sonagara hails from Bolundra (Sonagara) village of Idar taluka in Sabarkantha district. He has an MA and BEd in English literature. His fruitful visits to premier institutes in about ten countries have helped him to gain vast knowledge and acquaintance with the latest happenings in the teaching field. His elder son, Mr. Vishwajit Sonagara, has been working as a software engineer in a leading finance company in USA. His younger son has been associated with many educational institutions and is also running a branding company, ADOZ. His wife, Mrs. Janakben Sonagara, who had just studied up to a metric at the time of marriage, is now a graduate and largely lends creative contributions in the school management. Mr. Sonagara’s journey from a humble farmer’s son to a successful director of the renowned educational institutes has been a progressive, developmental, and inspirational odyssey. As many as four schools are running under his headship: —D. P. High School, Nava Wadaj, principal and trustee —Divyapah Campus, Memnagar, managing trustee —Nest Public School, Ranip, trustee —S.G.V.P. International School, director The first three schools in above list have witnessed 100 percent success from scratch. Owing to his interest in all-round growths of children, he has dig deep in the areas like writing, research, and parenting and guided over fifty thousand parents so far on successful upbringing of their kids. As a versatile talent, he has also penned about fifty poems and wrote effectively on more than two hundred fifty debate topics. A sensible human being, he could fathom children’s unspoken afflictions within the four walls of a classroom and could guide his students in leading a skillful life instead of getting stuck in a rat race. More than five thousand students who studied under his able guidance have made successful careers as doctors, engineers, officers, and industrialists. His guidance has proved a philosopher’s stone, which has transformed many ordinary children into successful speakers and journalists. His institutions have made a sort of revolution by making education a fun, thanks to his keenness in learning new things and his faith in training. In 2011, Mr. Sonagara made paper presentation before six hundred principals of educational institutes across the world on Effective Solution of School Problems at IIT Delhi.
