A story of two successful top managers who had many common qualities except two. Harry was a branded womanizer while Norris had been interested in materialistic favors. They never used to transact in cash. Common things about them were excellent management skills, very hard on the surface but inside very caring and soft hearted who never harm anybody in the organization. Both of them were stout and had stopped growing in their heights after attaining 5 ft 4 inches. Unlike most of senior executives both didn’t like to play golf but were more interested in team games likes soccer. A fitness freak Harry had never lost an opportunity to prove his top physical endurance. Sometimes he will have sex after lunch and then go to play soccer for 90 minutes at full speed. His wife Puja was taller than him, looked like a fashion model with bit heavy voice which made her appeared more attractive. She was 14 years younger than her spouse. Harry was M Tech from IIT and used to coach her in science subjects. God knows what he taught her that they got married by the time Puja turned 20 years. Harry had a bright career and a beautiful wife. Side by side, Norris unlike Harry was developing himself professionally through short professional courses from reputed institutions. About the Author

Rajiva Sharma is a management writer and an alumnus of AMU, IIT and IIFT. He has global successful experience of 46 years in various parts of the world.
