Jina was born and raised in Kerala, India, a place as vibrant and storied as her own journey. She now calls the U.S. home and leads many lives—health scientist, professor, writer, data expert, cultural explorer, and multitasking mom. Her existential poetry, boundless curiosity, and passion for food history come together in a debut collection, forming a rich tapestry of refl ections, stories, and fl avors shaped by her diverse experiences.
