About the Author
Dr. K. C. Wong is the founder and head of the Preventive Cardiology Centre and a practicing cardiologist and consultant physician in internal medicine. His work as a cardiologist, internist, motivator, and adventurer has given him the privilege of being part of the lives of thousands of people seeking total health.
