Jaden and the Rainbow

About the Book

Jaden and the Rainbow story is written for children between the ages of 4 to 6 years. The author intends the book to be fun and interactive when an adult reader reads the story aloud to the children. Hence, the reader may prompt children with questions relating to the story: How was Jaden feeling when it starts to rain? How many children are there at the playground? What are the colours of the rainbow?

About the Author

Mdm Jensrani, also known as Jansirani, is a retired History teacher. She is passionate about writing since her school days. Her first set of works, a short story and poetry, were featured in the Institute of Education’s Tamil Society News Letter in 1982. She published her first children’s book (in English), “Jaden and the Rainbow” in 2016. Jensrani has written her first Tamil book for children, ‘Ramuvum Rockiyum’ (Ramu and Rocky), which is published by Crimson Earth in 2017.
