About the Book

Japan—the exotic Far East. My experience is not anymore unique. It is a story to be told, a warning to others, a chapter of reality rarely uncovered. How did I end up here? I find it difficult to fathom. Perhaps working back through the recent course of events may clarify the bewilderment remaining. This is not a love song. What sucked me in? What pulled me tight? What trapped my mind, believing that this was right? An escape, my way out—how delicious it tasted. How susceptible was my spirit to the conundrum awaiting? When at the tipping point, our reactions become irrational, our perspective warped and twisted, the filter will be coated with rose-colored tint. This is a world where interplanetary connections network indiscriminately, preying on the frailty of systems. What we will discover is yet to be revealed, by not pursuing this notion, have we failed to really live? Who is this man I hardly know?

About the Author

I had moved from my country Australia in the vain hope of uncovering life's mysteries awaiting... That world ended up being Japan... Travel had been my outlet, a way out….and the stimulus of experiencing the old and cultured fed my mind, and soul. As for the marriage an Australian and he a Japanese…two universes in complete opposition attempting, to bridge cultures and misconceptions. That yes, peace and understanding can coexist in a world misguided by populism, bigotry, in a word narrow mindedness. We were in effect two kids trying to understand each other…prepared to give it a go.
