About the Book

Andy has been a loving father to his three kids and is fondly known for his mentoring approach to fatherhood. Having participated in almost every aspect and stages of their growth; some may even suggest that his kids are his reason for “being”. Throughout the 25 years of banking career, he has consistently groomed successful executives until his retirement when turned 50. After which, he founded an enterprise - growing from strength to strength till the present day with some 90 staff over 2 independent office locations and manages over S$350 million of its client’s receivables. Having earned 2 Master Degrees whilst building his career in the banks simultaneously speaks volume of his persistency and commitment to success. Notwithstanding the fact that he has been at the forefront of his company’s growth, leading a highly successful enterprise while leveraging on his past experiences and assimilating the very much structured corporate culture into an SME, clearly demonstrate his leadership style.
