About the Book

Princess Evalina Pinkfeather of Jewelleria is finally attending the Copper Level at The Academy Of Young Royals. The Academy is all that she has dreamt of. Her days are filled with fascinating lessons like magic, history, alchemy and astronomy and she makes good friends there. Meanwhile, a dark plan from an even darker organisation is brewing. A figure of authority is not what she appears to be. One day, a security breach disrupts lessons and the school enters an emergency lock-down. Amidst the ensuing mayhem, Evalina’s best friend Selena is captured by the evil forces. Will Evalina and her friends be able to defeat the enemy and save Selena as the academy sinks into chaos?

About the Author

Sage Ong won the first prize in her District (Bukit Timah Constituency)’s 2021 Essay Competition on Racial Harmony in Singapore and published a book of poems “Poetry Paradise” with proceeds going to children charities. Sage grew up reading Enid Blyton, JK Rowling, Chris Colfer, Tui T. Sutherland and nearly all the Rainbow Fairies series. Hogwart’s sorting hat sorted her as a Ravenclaw with a sparrow patronus. Based in Singapore with her parents, a pet alpaca Rosella Dainty-Ears and pet llama Willow Silverbirch, The Academy For Young Royals (Copper Level) is her first novel.
