About the Book

Jean believes that basic science and technology can help to lay the foundation for “green” application like, using less harmful chemical alternatives or developing sustainable fisheries and agriculture, or making water safe to drink like the Procter & Gamble (P&G) scientists who have developed water purifier powder for the Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program https://csdw.org. It’s Jean’s hope the Katy’s Science Adventures can be used as a tool for parents and older children for creating collaborative learning experience, letting science lay the foundation for a sustainable future and a rainbow of hope for all.

About the Author

Jean graduated from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Chemistry and Physics. She has spent 30+ years working in senior management positions in multi-national corporations. Jean has been running her own Management Consultancy for 10 years, focusing on business and human capital sustainability projects in varied industries. She is also a certified trainer including Six Bricks (powered by the LEGO® Foundation).
