About the Author

Col. Ravi Batra is MA, MBA and served the Indian Army from 1968 to 98 as a regular commissioned officer. After retirement, he has served in corporate world in senior positions looking after HRD and Admn. His earlier books viz, Leadership In It's finest mould- Gurugobind Singh and Management Mantras had eastablished him as a creative writer in the literary circles.
