‘It is the celestial light divinely ordained,
It is the wisdom of ages which yogis obtained,
It is for the betterment of humanity,
It is health and prosperity,
It is to keep away the ills of body and soul from posterity’.
-Sidh Parkash Kaushik.
Practising Yoga since 1984 withouteacher, without books, simply travelling to India for confirmation of ideas 10 times, Abdul Vahab Sobirov now believes that he is one of the followers of Buddha generation. Many statues have been found in his country in yoga postures. One such Buddha statue of 13 meters is exhibited now in Japan. He is the president of Yoga Association in his country since 1990 and a director since 1985. He is very strict and disciplined in Yogic philosophy and practice. He has published about 10 books and 150 articles in Tojik, Russian, English and Hindi so far. This long book is now in English with an intention of a global reach. The great secret of his life is that in 1986, after 3 years of individual practice in Yoga by books, he claims that his third eye was opened. There occurred a prediction for him that the USSR will disintegrate soon, - he has described it in detail in the book. Since that time he has become a fighter for a brighter life of Yoga. His past life of Yogic experiences has been a boon to him as he is curing all sorts of ailments through it.
The present book is written particularly in view of the readers of India, Tajikistan and the whole world in general for demonstrating the reality of Yoga. After reading this book, one will not regret why he purchased it. You may have many books on yoga at your disposal, but the Yoga which cures every disease momentarily, just in one day, one week, one month and one year’s prescription is here. It depends on the seriousness of disease and the patient. He may not be one like many yogis & gurus of India & some other countries, but he is one among us who has had a turning point like every one of us now must have. He has therefore, briefly recorded his story of life and birth in high different coloured mountainous village of Tojikistan.
His life was very complicated, curved, and difficult with mysteries unknown to him till now. P. D. Mishra was the only yogi who came to his country and opened his eyes to yoga inviting him to come to India. He took him around this great land showing the places of wonder. He is now completing this vibrating work in his company and care. He has already written a number of books on Yoga, philosophy, literature and Vedic science. We are confident that this book is received very warmly by all seekers of the truth around the world.
The book indeed comprises mostly Abdul Vahab’s vista and vision of Yoga and India in his deep trust and conviction. The book has been compressed and compiled by PD Mishra with the Indian audience in view in particular and the new dimensions of cross-border Yoga teachings throughout the world now.
It has got four parts. The first one is basically autobiographical with a view to bring home the readers how Abdul Vahab Sobirov, a Muslim by birth gets so much engrossed in a system he would hardly get any support from his tradition. But Sobirov takes the readers much farther to suggest that the present divide caused by known history will no way affect the imminent fundamental unity of mankind which must usher in a short while from now.
Part Two imparts some of the important principles of Yoga teachings. Part Three is the India of Sobir ‘s dream and aspiration. It also well records India’s thick relationship with him.
The Fourth part strongly urges that Yoga is now a Global Cult and it should undoubtedly unite all peoples on the globe to live in harmony and peace for ever.
In the appendix part Sobirov has reproduced valuable information about the values of food stuff we use and should certainly be aware of in our daily food.

THE SMILE OF YOGIS
Smile is pleasure of mine and yours.
Smile is light and sights of our hearts.
Smile, and Smile, where’s yours?
Smile is the key for opening all hearts.
Stop! My friend, O’ friends and dear,
Young and old, people of Earth all so near!
Where’s your May Day Smile,
Healerof the burning of the Planet?
Without Smile there won’t come wealth,
As in the body of a patient –the health.
Without Smile life on Earth’s impossible,
To work, to create, to make wonders!
Stop! Smile, why’s the Smile of yours invisible!
