About the Book

The book was conceived and written over a period of seven years. It is a collection of impressionist poetry illustrating the cycle of life from birth to death covering a myriad of emotions and experiences. Elements of nature romanticizing life and its intricacies are an integral part of the collection. The style of poetry has been inspired by poets like Wordsworth and Keat and is flowing with rhythm and verse. It is very visual in its theme and delivery with some pieces being abstract while some very esoteric and realistic.

About the Author

Dr Ashar Imam has been writing poetry and short stories for over ten years and has published many poems in leading publications. He is based out of New Delhi, India. A medical doctor by profession but a writer and poet at heart has been writing about life experience inspired by daily events in a lucid style of rhyme and verse.
