I have heard that Being honest is One of the most difficult things you would ever do. Being candid, Unfortunately, is a given When you start penning poetry. So here is a little part of my soul That I penned down Over some years. Things I saw, Things I heard Things I felt Neatly wrapped up Inside a book spine Because honestly, There is nothing better than a book.
About the Author
Surabhi Katyal is an 18 year old who is studying Liberal Arts at Ashoka University. She claims that the poet within her is very erratic and presents itself at very odd places and times. She is equally comfortable as a writer in her mother tongue Hindi and has been published a few times for the same. A bibliophile, she usually spends her time scouring Hindi poetry and general fantasy, apart from the time she devotes in being engrossed by their fictitious fan-written adaptations.
