‘Mercy is a collection of poetry, which in a nutshell, describes a teenager’s view of the upheavals in society. It is the debut work of a sixteen year old and it deals with recurring themes like nostalgia, teen depression, feminist views, social evils, politics and nature. It delves into the complexities of the human nature.’

About the Author

Karnica Goswami is a sixteen year old from Guwahati, India. She has been writing from a very young age. She is currently studying in DAV School, Silliguri, India. Karnika is deeply fascinated with history, pop culture,music and food, She is also a foodie and a dog lover.
