About the Book

Experts believe that seeking shelter during the times of thunderstorms save more lives than being caught outdoors. More importantly, is the fact that people need to gain much knowledge as they can in order to save lives. This book therefore, assists those with lesser knowledge and those who are still tied to their childhood myths to overcome various situations as far as lightning precautions are concerned.

About the Author

The author is an electrical engineer who worked in various telecommunication companies in South Africa. He has gained valuable experience in telco DC power systems including earthing and lightning protection system. After witnessing many lightning related deaths, which are estimated in the region of 300, the author decided to write this book in order to equip people with scientific proven lightning precautionary measures.
