It was a summer day. The blue bird I’d been eyeing had come and sat on my shoulder. It looked so familiar. She suddenly tiptoed inside the scene wearing a red frock with a red bow tying up her hair. Her laughter echoed around making the sun rays spread harder. The sky was azure. Her eyes twinkled with hidden mischief as she pulled out a cloth. Before I could figure out anything she tied up my eyes. “I want you to shut up. Just listen to me today.” Her breath tickled my neck, the friction making the miniscule hairs stand up with Goosebumps. The strawberry scent was as strong as ever. She took hold of my hand and placed it on her heart. I felt the beating go erratic as she moved closer to me. Her lips touched my skin lighting up a trail of passion. Her fingers left my hand and encircled around my neck. She kept mumbling she loved me as she kissed my whole face. It felt like a feather touch only the feather was on fire. I didn’t realize I’d stopped breathing till my head really started spinning. My insides were going wild. I wanted to talk, I desired to touch but I held back.
