About the Book

The poems bring about the different stages of the artist/therapist’s life, both personal torments as well as spiritual quests. The struggles within and the struggle outside. An artist and an art therapists has a inner journey both from the creative angle, as well as from the psychological realm of dealing with individuals who go through deep pain as well with the inner struggle of the artist who absorbs the futility , fatigue and the fear of daily life looking to transform the pain into a possibility.

About the Author

The author has graduated from Jai Hind College, Bombay University with a degree in English literature; he has also completed his Masters in Sociology at the Delhi School of Economics. He is an art-based therapist from the World Centre of Creative Learning in Poona, and has also done a four year certificate course in art therapy based on Rudolf Steiner‘s understanding of colours. He lives in New Delhi India.
