About the Book

God, Me, and My Parents offers parents a set of thirty short reflections that will help them to give their children guidance for living with Character. Using simple stories about characters and circumstances with which both children and their parents can identify, Indria Sidarta presents universally applicable insights for families who hunger to live principle driven life. Following each story, a prayer for the day lifts up the story’s theme and message in a simple form that parents and children can share. Then a point to ponder offers an insight or question designed to encourage conversation. Finally, a suggestion for reading several selected Bible verses guides the family to consider the wisdom of the faith. Taken together, the offerings provide families with the basic tools they can use to cultivate character in the lives of children and to refine and strengthen positive traits in parents and other adults. About the Author

Indria Sidarta—a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ, wife, and mother of three—is a biochemist and entrepreneur who manages six privately owned companies. She follows her passions for finding and practising both wisdom and virtue and contributes her support to charities and to social work for women and children.
