About the Book
Joan and Eileen Bradley were two sisters who were fascinated by the Sydney blue wren (Malurus Lamberti), which fortunately still inhabits the coastal remnant bushlands of Sydney Harbour. After exhaustive research, the sisters discovered that the bird populations were dwindling due to urban encroachment, the use of garden pesticides, predation from cats and rats, and primarily, the encroachment of exotic weeds. Bush Regeneration has now become a very large movement that has at its heart the survival of the Australian bush.
