About the Book
Hypnosis is not something new. It has been with us for a long time—in fact, even before the term was coined. Yet today, it is still shrouded with mystery and misconceptions. This book is written to provide you with a simple explanation that demonstrates to you how common hypnosis is and how we experience it on a daily basis even. Beyond understanding what it is, it goes on to show you how you can easily use hypnosis (self-hypnosis) in transforming your life and helping you reach goals you perhaps never thought you could. If nothing else, at the least, it will give you the tools to relax your mind and thereby relaxing your body as well.
