About the Author
Dr Tan Seng Beng is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Palliative Medicine at University of Malaya Medical Center, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is a clinician, lecturer and researcher. His main area of interest in research is about suffering, causes of suffering, cessation of suffering and causes of cessation of suffering in palliative care. His passion is in applying mindfulness to palliate suffering, to live life deeply, to love wholeheartedly and to let go thoroughly.
