About the Author
Teck Choon started out as a marketer in airline industry and progressed into the manufacturing sector. He has many years of managerial experience and coached new staff across different sectors of business. In school, he coaches and teaches new faculty staff how to write and publish research papers for scholarly journals and to stay current in teaching. Patrick has many years of Executive Management consulting experiences and with over 21 years of top quality International HRD experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the Asia Pacific region. His research interests in HRM, Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
