About the Book

The contents of this book is taken from my blog entitled My Journey. My life is a happy and fruitful learning journey that I want to share with my readers. I want to impart the unusual and common trials that I’ve had to face in this world full of challenges. I want to enlighten my readers and bring them along my journey from my first home in the Philippines to my second home here in Singapore. I also want to share my experiences and points to remember from my families, relatives, best friends, and mentors so that the readers would be inspired to move on and face life ahead. Life is beautiful and full of excitement. For every copy of this book you purchase, a portion of the net profit will go to students from rural areas for purchase of the students’ school supplies like IT materials they need such as computers, laptops, ipods and some home economics supplies which they need to their everyday academic activities in school. 

About the Author

Jessica Olea Abo is a Maguindanaon hailing from Cotabato City, Philippines. A Capricorn, she graduated Bachelor of Science and Accountancy, and Master in Business Administration from Notre Dame University, Philippines. She describes herself as a simple ordinary woman, and dreams of seeing the world and sharing her culture, thoughts and lifestyle. She wants to let the world know about how beautiful Philippines is and why it’s called “The Pearl of Orient Seas”. She is also amazed by her second home, Singapore the Lion Country in the world. She dreams of promoting peace, prosperity and love to all mankind. Currently, she is a Singapore Permanent Resident, working an Accountant. Her hobby is writing short stories and poems after work or during weekend. She is also the wife of Mr. Arnold Abao Latorre and the mother of an angel named Arnica Marie Abo Latorre.
