About the Author
Karen Kwan is an author, speaker, business coach (certified by Blair Singer), relationship coach, and the owner of two franchising children education business. She is also the Chairlady of Asia Branding & Franchising Association and the director of Asia Franchise Networks (Hong Kong) Limited. She has been in franchising business over 10 years, she has participated vigorously in franchising education by being mentor, speaker, and lecturer for some renowned institutions and is invited as a guest speaker in most of Franchising workshop and Expo hosted in Asia. She is also a franchise consultant. She finds that many franchisors want to expand globally but don’t know how to do it in a franchising way. She finds that building a good franchise system will let money working for you automatically. Being the Chairlady of Asia Branding & Franchising Association, Karen hosts the first Franchise Awarding in Hong Kong 2017 in order to educate the public about the trend and the importance of franchising.
