About the Author
Ahmed al-Garni is an expert in strategic studies and holds doctorate in International Relations from Sorbonne University. He is the vice president of the International Institute for Iranian Studies (Rasanah) and an academic visitor to Oxford University. Garni has published several research articles and books, including Iran’s Policies Toward Central Asia and the Caucasus.
