About the Author

Ahmed al-Garni is an expert in strategic studies and holds a doctorate in International Relations from Sorbonne University. He is the vice president of Rasanah IIIS and an academic visitor to Oxford University. Garni has published several research articles and books, including Towards a New Strategic Thinking Leading in a Chaotic and Dynamic World.
